its been about an hour now and still nothing. what confuses me is the fact that i have a cable modem so it sould connect rather quick. i have a computer down stairs that does the same thing. however, the session will finally time out and the connect button will enable allowing me to " try" to reconnect, but the same thing happens.

any suggestions would be really helpful. before this software upgrade i would get a message saying i was unable to connect.
