Thanks a lot for the info. We're moving ahead....and I hope to have it completed before our little mini gettogether here in the spring. I don't have the extra space you speak of, now. My Cooper's (my 8 yr old Lab) room in the basement will be able to be utilized when she's no longer with us (10x30). But, for now....she needs her space, too.

I hope it all works out and I can get the weights out of the main man room. Treadmill will be nice in there.....run and catch a game at the same time.

I hope my budget holds up.....but either way....it's happenning!
