Stick w\ 30p or 60i.
The camera will extrapolate the frame rate better for editing and transfer to other formats\frame rates at these 2 than anything else.
If you shoot at lower frame rates your motion control when digitizing or transfer to your computer will create 'motion artifacts' that will drive you crazy, especially if you aren't using the correct shutter speed.
As big as 24p is in the film world it just doesn't translate to regular tv broadcasting.
I know in your model camera if you set it up for 24 you have more 'color control' with skin tones, blacks, and highlights
but it's unnecessary for tv broadcast.
