Hell no you ain't seeing it now....lol. Imagine block walls with a treadmill, workout center, HWH, Water purification system, TV loveseat, etc........along with LOTS Of Mrs. GMMAT's JUNK!

I'm also buying a floor safe for this room......and I didn't budget for that. Just gonna do it.

I'd love to go with a drywall ceiling....but I'm afraid the seaming would be really evident. I'm going to condition the air in the room.....but I know it'll be thermally different than the upstairs. It's ALWAYS cooler down there. Anyways.....I'd love to save the money and do the drywall ceiling.....if I thought it could work out in the long run.

I'll take plenty of "before & after" photos, though.
