We use Fleecy Liquid Fabric Softener(no joke) to get rid of the smell when our dogs have been sprayed by a skunk.......works like a charm.....so I see no reason why it won`t work for your problem. Just pour it on, rub in, rinse off. The guys in our local dog club have been doing this for years, they even carry jugs of the stuff when hunting. Hope this helps.
