i saw the product awhile back and was sold on the idea right away. i was going to buy some till isaw the 60.00 price tag so i just made some in the shop at a fraction of the cost. i used 3/16" X1'' flat steel with a 90 degree bend. i then drilled my holes in that for the riser and attached them with a 5/16 black cap bolt. on the 90 degree bend i used some limbsaver suppresors and viola! they work very well and the string is slapping a much larger surface than with the factory ones. lack of money can sure motivate and inspire creativity in a person.
