3) If the crops fail, chances are noone else will want to lease this property
4) If I could have Droptine249, virginiashadow and Jimimactake maybe 6-8 deer off this property every year, then my crop yields will increase and I will be able to continue leasing your property
5) Oh yeah, the hunters will hunt with bow and arrow only, and will all come talk to you face to face, they are great guys, ethical and eat whatever they shoot
