If you watch the Primos and Drury Bros videos from a couple years ago they both used 2" cut Rockets. They seemed to work just fine for those guys, and they weren't packing a whole lot of KE either.
I'm considering the Stricknines myself, because they are 125 grains and the tip is further forward. This would minimize deflection and help the blades open quicker, I think. The Hammerhead is very similar, just 100 grains and a different tip.
I know the blades aren't as durable as say the Rage, but they seem to be a wicked broadhead. I used a Rocket Buckblaster for turkey last year and that will make a hole, let me tell you. Too big for deer IMO. The big rockets are definitely a one shot head though. The blades are designed to bend, but not break. They do bend!
Here's the Stricknine...
Stricknine Broadheads: 125 grains, 2" cutting diameter, with three 0.027" thick blades. Tipped with the pathfinder point that delivers bone shattering force for increased penetration.
