22-250 is great for whitetail i found with power to spare at 600yrds with less than 10lbs of recoil
22-250 for deer at 600 yards???? There's probably less energy left in that 22-250 at 600 yards than there is in a 22 mag at 50 yards. I wouldn't think either should be used on deer.
