Thanks for the replies both good and bad guys.I personally like them a lot and perfer over my model 70' s and 700' s.They seem to have the best factory barrel going in their class and just introduced the best trigger out there to this point also.The barrel interchangability is a great feature for guys that want to try more than one caliber without breaking the bank.Of course accuracy and price are the two most thought of points whenever Savage comes up.Just shot in 5 Savages yesterday and except for the 99 all shot under 1" and two shot under 1/2" ,these are all box stock guns with only a trigger adjustment,gotta love them Savages!
