Default RE: Polaris vs Honda

I used to own a Honda, it was a nice machine. I' ve had my Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O. for about a year now and I love it. Smooth riding and powerful. I ride with Grizzlies, Suzuki' s, and Honda' s and I can go anywhere they can and then some.
My Sportsman is equiped with Goodyear Rawhide tires which is a big plus. Good tires are the key to goin' where you want to go. The machine is very heavy, 750 lbs, so a winch is an absolutely necessary. It is also wider than most machines. Be careful when you follow others and try to squeeze in between trees on trails. The width also makes it very stable. I really think all of the newer Atv' s out there today are light years ahead of where they were 10 years ago. You won' t go wrong with whatever machine you chose. The important thing is just buying one. Get out there and ride, it' s awesome![8D]
