Default RE: Defending Mathews....

I'm a big fan of single cam bows and when looking for a new one I shot (tested) only single cam bows. There were many I liked and I even picked the Fred Bear Code over the Mathews. Well I was able to pick up a Switchback LD at a very...very good price figuring I'd have a backup to the Code.

After shooting it I realized I hadn't put enough arrows through in when looking for a new bow because if I had I'd have bought it before the Code. Now my Code is the backup bow.

I'm not brand loyal, I'll shoot anything that feels good. I may even give the hybrids/binary/cam 1/2 etc..another chance one day but for now I'm sticking to single cam bows and Mathews makes a great single cam bow.

I do agree with gutshot though....seems like folks LOVE to find fault with Mathews but give the other major manufacturers a pass. I even started a thread about it some time back if you all remember.
