RE: Can't post pictures
If you have Windows XP or Vista , you should be able you upload your picture files onto this site from your documents or ( your pictures ) without an host like ( photobucket ) , all you have to do is click on ( Post Reply) and don't forget to click on the little box at the bottom that say ( EMBED IN POST ) then click on ( click to upload ).
A box should appear on your screen with a window that says ( BROWSE ) click on that and look for your files you want to upload , double click on that file and the file name should appear in one of the little browse windows.
Once that is done you can click on the ( Ok ) box and it should tell you if your upload was successful or it might tell you that the file is too large , if that happens then you'll need to resize your file though your MS Paint program that you have in your accessories file.
Resizing your picture filethough MS Paint is really quiet simple all you got to do is get into your MS Paint program , you'll see a large gray screen with asmaller white screen , at the top of this screen you'll see a menu , click onfile then scroll down and click on new or load then look for the picture file you want and click on it.
Once thatshows up on to your screen go back to your menu and click on the word ( image ) and then look for the words (streach and skew )you'll see a little box with some numbers in the top two boxes , if the picture is really large then change the numbers in the boxes from 100 to 50 or 25 that should make it smaller with out destorting the image.
In order for the picture to upload correctly it should be the size of an3 inch by 3 inch picture ,and it should be smaller like an postage stamp for your avatar picture and little larger for your profile picture.
If you dont' have access to that program or if you just don't want tomess with it then send your files to me in care of (
[email protected]
) and I'll be more than happy to do this for you then I'll send them back to you ready foryou to post ontothis site.
