First, welcome to the forum.

What kind of 7mm is it?? 7mm Rem Mag?, 7mm Ultramag?, 7mm Weatherby Mag?, 7mm STW?, 7mm-08?, 7X57 mauser? Remington 280?. Not trying to be a jerk here but each has a different level of performance and recoil which would influence my recommendation.
