It really depends on the way uour "lease" is set up, do you have sole rights or do you share rights with the owner and family? If you share rights then you really have no recourse, take your toys and go home. If you have sole rights then I would ask for some money back and then take your toys and go home. If this is happening while you are there, then no telling what goes on when you are not there.
