There's a slip/choke chain hooked to the loader and then around the base of the antlers. We use the loader to gut the deer and just drop the guts into a tub, works great. Then he's hauled off to the barn and hung in the rafters away from the cats, coons or anything else crawling around. I must say I'm spoiled when it comes to deer hunting. I have thousands of acres to hunt, a great place to stay and this year was the first year I've cleaned my own deer, usually my friend has it done before I can even jump in.
