Yeah, pretty much what they all said. Give him the boot. Now, if you find yourself feeling sorry for him on Thanksgiving, and choose to convince your buddies to let him hunt with you, then you take responsibility for the guy. You hunt with him all day, day in and day out. That way you can teach him what he needs to know while keeping him out of everyone else's hair. It's probably what he wants anyway.
