RE: Honeysuckle
Japanese Honeysuckle is very common in North Florida and South Bama and I've been around it all of my hunting and working life. I don't recall an instance where I would have called it a major problem to the native habitat. It is a very good deer and other wildlife food source and it provides a safe habitat for rabbits, birds and other wildlife. It's nothing like wisteria and kudzu. Do some more research, you should be able to buy Honeysuckle sprigs from nurseries.
