Awesome deer,,,nowhere nere 228 gross.
Don't tell that to the B&C rep that scored him.
Let me start by saying that I don't care if this deer was killed in a bin of protein pellets, he is an awesome buck.
If you have had this deer officially scored, I can't argue with a score sheet, but
I know quite a bit about scoring deer myself. It is hard to get 170 out of a main frame 8 point which is basically all I see. I do see some kickers but not enough for 228 inches. He is also pretty massive but not enough for 228 inches. I killed a 14 point in OK in 2004 that only grossed 178.
