I stopped by Walmart earlier this evening to take a peek at the Mossberg they're selling. Felt good to me, but what do I know?
They guy told me the 30-06 and .270 ammo were around $13 a box, the .308 a couple dollars more. I could live with that pricing but when I was at Gander Mountain earlier this week I was looking at prices in the low $20's and
up! I was thinking to myself, this could get really expensive!
Is the 7mm-08 any worse/better than the .270 or .308? Maybe something the wife could shoot without dislocating her shoulder then hitting me over the head with her good arm?
