If you mean that the string is kicking in toward your arm my first thought is that you're plucking the string out away from your face as you release. (Make sure that you concentrate on dropping your elbow straight down and awy in line with the arrow.) The other issue may be hand torque due to an improper grip but I think this would typically get the bow to go the other direction for a lefty unless you're getting the grip way out into the middle of your palm instead of up on your thumb muscle.
