Default Knight & Hale customer service

Been a rough year and to make matters worse I fried a transmitter to the "Beacon" in the dryer. It's a red light you hang in the woods to mark a location and when you get within a 100yrds. a remote transmitter will send a signal causing it to flash. Besides one of those umbrella's this is another best 20 bucks I've spent. Keep that in mind, it's only 20 bucks.

I contacted them and asked if there was a chance at getting another. Allison over there just emailed me, they're going to ship me one for free. Very impressed and thankful. They will be a company I will choose in the future.
