downforthecount, without running your setup thru one of the programs available, I am guessing your speed to be around 260-265fps with the 350 gr. arrow.

Assuming that the spine on the two arrows you mentioned was right for your setup, the 400gr. arrow SHOULD produce slightly more KE, but it would be negligible.
