A great site partly because of it's calculator is http://home.att.net/~sajackson/archery.html , the top 3 on the menu get frequently used when I am setting stuff up. Put this in your favorites and use it. As far as arrow recommendations go, I agree w/ Bowdoc 100%, much better to overspine and arrow than underspine for safety and shooting. I shoot CHEAP Cabela's Carbon Stalker Extreme arrows because the price was right, and they are AMERICAN made good quality arrows. Only come in a couple different sizes but I've had absolutely no problems w/ them.
