Thanks guys, to be honest with you, I really dont kow what went wrong with the shot. It was a slam dunk shot. 15 yards exactly, broadside. It sounded like I hit a branch, but I didnt see any that I could have hit. I wll be shooting my bow today at lunch time with all of my stuff on, to see if there is something wrong there. I really have a problem with buck fever, and noticiing what happens right at the shot.[:'(] I really need to ge over that. I waited 1 hour, and then got down to get my arrow. It broke the muzzy right off at the threads where it screws into the arrow. It went in a total of 4". It had to of hit the hip bone, for the Muzzy to break off like that.? Very little blood on the arrow. I walked the trail for about 50 yards, and found NO blood at all. I was thinking the same thing, that if I didnt hit the femoral artery, he should live and be fine. I just needed somebody else to tell me that.
