Aim with both eyes open. Better range estimation that way and better view of the animal. As for drawing? I raise the bow and draw level just like on the ground and/or practice range. Then bend at the waist. So the bow is always coming down from the top. It's always harder to raise something up than it is to lower it. Less musclework involved. If I have to turn with a moving animal I pivot from the knees.
