I totally understand, that steep for that amount of hunting. I know right where you are talking about those campers are on 14. In 2000 i started going to community college in Madison so i drove right by them 3 days a week. I always wondered how good that hunting was around there, it is often an overlooked area.
Most of the Deer, Turkeys & Hogs came from San Pedro ( 55,000 acres). What I did notice was an awful amount of turkeys that came through the lease. Part of the Econfina came through the lease.San Pedro was $200 and no camping.
