First off, I' d recommend a bow with high let-off, even
if you' re going to be doing most of your hunting from
a blind you' ll be glad you have it. Turn your bow
poundage down. I turn my bow down to 53-54 lbs.
where I can comfortably hold at fulldraw for 30-60
seconds, I normally pull 65-67 lbs with my whitetail
setup/Q2. Shooting a bow w/80 % letoff and turning
the poundage down allow me to draw
very slowly
& smoothly and also allows me to stay at full
draw without much effort. Two things you
don' t
want when bowhunting turkeys is straining to get
your bow drawn and/or shaking while at full draw.
I' m not familar with your bow, so I can' t help
much there. I bought a second bow that I use for
turkeys only - Mathews FX w/80 % letoff. I use
Gold Tip arrows w/a large cut mechanical, usually
Spitfires although this year I think I' m going to try
Rocket' s Sledgehammer w/a 3 1/2" cut[

]. I do
some hunting without a blind, so I wrap my bow
with camo tape to take away any glare there
is.
Hope some of this helps
Best of luck...something we all can use when chasing
turkeys with a bow!
