What horrible comments are they making? I've been out of the loop. (actually, I'm hardly ever in it!

Their campaign against the crossbow the last year or two has really bothered me because in my eyes it shows that they are not for protecting hunting, just their idea of hunting. They have become very much an elitist organization.
Secondly, the recent comments by the man in charge of their records keeping about how a perfectly typical deer is "superior" to a non-typical deer irks me to no end because I see it as belittling both the animal and the hunter. Just another elitist stance IMO.
Yeah, that's kind of weird. I never heard that one before.
