That sucks man...since you mentioned sights, I'm assuming you shoot a compound. Either way, that checklist you did when you got into your stand, you didn't mention your RELEASE. I was reading and thinking that you were gonna go to draw on the buck and realize you didn't have your release. Hopefully you feel better soon, those deer are still out there. Keep at it man!
