i have never used the trophy rock but if you take the time to look at whats in those types of salt licks, deer cain and etc you will find it is about 99% salt with some trace minerals. you can buy a 50 pound bag of trace mineral at any feed store for around 5$. Ive had good luck with deer cain but i can get a whole 50 pound bag for 5 dollars and it seems to work just as good or better. all the guys in my area seem to really like it. good luck with your choice.
