Yeah I'm not sure on the buck my buddys dad killed never got the full story from him but the other 3 I'd say for the most part yeah. The 19pt, they heard a deer walkin down the valley and it came in lookin after they grunted and bleated, might have rattled but I cant remember. Mine came on a string. I had a fork chase a hot doe that bustedpast me within 2 minutes of sittin down at 10 yards followed by a nubin. The fork went the wrong trail cuz he was just following sent he didnt see which way she went. The nubin followed the right trail and about 20 minutes later I saw the doe and fawn go up the opposite hill of me barely insight. They dissapeared and about 20 min later I caught a deer movin where I last seen em and figured it was the pair but I grunted anyways and my buck came tearing down the hill. And I thought it was a 17 in 8 that I ahd past earlier in the season so I almost grabbed my video camera but when he got to about 40 yards I saw it was a 10 so I clicked the release and drew as he was comin. Stopped at 20 yards quarter to me and almost let er fly but he leaned forward so I didnt shoot cuz he started walkin he got braodside at 15 yards stopped him and let er rip. He ahd a 22-23 in neck on him... The big 8 was ruttin hard too. He actually called in like 5 diff bucks that night by rattleing, bleating, and grunting. One busted half racker that made this one look small, a 15 inch 10pt with 15 inch g2s but he was a young deer so let him walk, and a 8pt like the one he shot but maybe wider and its tines were only 2-3 inches long. Old deer I guess and we are instructed to shoot him this rifle season if we see him. I think there was a hot doe in the area that night cuz it seemed like he was in the middle of a breeding party and all the bucks came into the calling. WCL
