Do you have it on your computer? Is it 100kb or less? Down at the bottom of the reply boxis a Click here to upload! link and Embed picture in post box. Check the embed and then click to upload. Find the pic and whammy...all done. If the picture is on a hosting site like flickr or image dump hit the button thats yellow with some mountains and put the link in there.
