when i have seen this type of action i would say you would not have time to draw and aim.... it happens sort of fast... like two or three seconds... of course these are south texas deer and they might be a bit different somewhere else.... sooooo i would say no.... as far as the shot and all the ethics i wouldnt have a problem with it....
