I hit a good buck tonight right at last light. Got down and found my arrow, covered with blood but a strong smell too. The hit might have been a bit back. It could have deflected off an unseen limb. The buck ran off and I thought I heard him crash, but not sure.A bit later a deer was blowing up on the hill where he headed. I followed the blood trail 20 yards just to see what it looked like. I would have liked to seen more but could follow it ok with my flashlight. Dark red blood. I am thinking a liver hit.

I am headed out in the morning with a buddy to hopefully find him. I don't know any details of the rack, except it was big enough and dark and heavy.

I was using the 2 blade rage, so he has a big hole in him.
