I put my suggestion into the pm a few days ago.

IMHO you will probably be more suited for a hand held rather than a wrist release.

The Truball range of hand helds have a swivel head you can rotate to your hand position then lock down. But like I said in the pm if you go that way then get the Talon head not the caliper

You can pick them up second hand over on archerytalk for a lot less money than buying new
