Called in two bucks for Kurt tonight, both not legal. I heard a deer back in the woods, so I thought and called, grunt and contact and a spike came running from over 200 yards across a field.. I let him go, called him back twice...LOL
Moments later I spot a buck about 300 yards down a wood line, called to him, he ran into us, 18 yards, a 2 x 1 3 point....a future Rob buck...Lmao...I said to Kurt, there's my buck in 2 years. [8D]
I just wish I was seeing some horn. They timbered all around here last year and things are still working to get back in order and the deer are hard to pattern. Whata ya say I see ya tomorrow morning around 5 LOL I'll bring the jerky from PreacherTony's recipe.....you bring the RiverValley Flute
