I think everyone has the wrong idea of this one. I think it means more of a deer that ment so much to you that your never gonna forget it, not so much a buck, but the memory that comes with the buck, like with your grandfather when you killed it or even he killed it! if that makes sense. its not always about you, and maybe you hunted with someone that ment the most to you and they passed away and now all you have is that memory. and maybe thats what keeps you going. Thats more what i think this post is about.
