Troy realizes he has. I post this because of something a co-worker (who I respect a lot as a friend and a hunter) said it to me on the ohone, during lunch. he told me that's a "Deer of a lifetime"....talking about my buck I shot, yesterday. He's not a high scoring deer. He's not the biggest deer in my Co. He's just a deer I have a 3-yr running history with......he's a 4.5 yr old.....and I have to wonder if he IS my deer of a lifetime.
I don't think there's anything wrong with feeling like you have taken your deer of a lifetime. Can't you always be pleasantly surprised???
