Sal-Soda works good, that is what we have always used. Boil it in there for a while. Now is the best and easiest way that we have found. After you boil...jump in your truck right away...head to the nearest car was...drop in a couple of quarters and blast all fo the crap off!! You can save the trip if you have your own pressure washer of course. That seems to work really well.
That does work! I didnt do the entire skull like that, but I cleaned out the brains with a regular hose
