Oh man Jester, that is terrible. It really makes me sick when I see farms disappearing into suburbs. To be quite honest with you, any buck for your first year on a new property is pretty darn good. It always takes years to really figure a place out and depending on the public land it can be difficult forever. So, don't feel pressure from here to wait for a monster. Best of luck buddy.
