Two great rifle's. Very Very tough choice. I say buy them both and hunt every other day. If you want wood I would go with the Browning. If you want a great utility rifle that can take a beating then go with the pump.

Iwould not say neither one is more accurate than the other. Accuracy will depend on the individual rifle and load.

I shoot a 200 grain Sierra Game King bullet in my 30-06 pump carbine(18-1/2) barrel. The rifle will keep three shots in an inch at 100 yards. I prefer the carbine, short and fast handling. Tom.
