You go ahead and shoot someone just walking on your property and not directly threatning you (shooting at a tree 150 yards away is not you) and giving you no other choice but to draw your weapon to defend yourself and you will be going to jail. Might be a good idea to loose the Billy bad ass attitude if you are going to carry also.

Don't know how your state laws are for defending ones self,but you might want to look into them.

All I hear is........"I was sitting in my stand and saw some straw hat wearing redneck 150yards away shoot at a tree on my property. So I started yelling at him and waited for him to walk up to me where we have a few words about whose property it was. If I had my sidearm on me even though it illegal to carry I would have shot him cause he could have been crazy or spaced out on some form of drugs.
