Yeah I shed a tear when my son shot his first deer. I was standing behind him as he dropped a doe. Couldnt have been more prouder at that moment in time. I do however thank God everytime I have gotten my deer. I actually say a little prayer before I tag them. Started from the first deer, 30 years ago, and did it 3 weeks ago. And did it with every deer in between and I will continue to do it.
