You can put them in any tree. Doesn't have to be straight. You don't have to cut the low limbs to hang it.

CONCEALMENT!!!

They can be used as a "mobile" stand and moved from location to location. Have I mentioned concealment?

Personally, I feel safer in a lock on than I do a ladder stand. I useratchet straps and a chain.

Once again...concealment.

The only negative Ican think of is that most of them aren't stands that you want to sit in all day long.

You can get the bigger ones like the SSLounger. That thing is like a Lazy Boy!!!! ILOVE MINE!!!.....

I want to try one of the Melinum stands. They are expensive though.
