wis bow.. the concept behind makin a buck nocturnal isnt the fact that their is food there.. i mean deer eat food all the time.. so a big pile of apples doesnt mean anything.. the problem is if the guy walked in through there everyday and had all the scent in the area so the deer only felt comfortable at night.. the pile of apples alone isnt a problem... its his land he'll do as he pleases, he doesnt need you tellin him your expertise on deer behavior..
