i love chicken Hearts.. and i love all Livers..

i have always hunter, and killed alot of deer.
but when i gut them, i have never taken the liver or hearts home and eaten them.
i do know someone who keeps and eats all the livers from his wild Hogs.

Whats a good way to cook them?
same as beef, on a skillet w/ onions??
