Concealed carry permit gives you a right to point your gun at people? I don't think so. You may or may not get away with it if you point it at that tresspasser, but in order to continue to be allowed to keep that permit, I think one should not go around pointed guns at people for just any reason. If you shoot someone and it is determined that it was not justifiable, your permit would be lifted and your gun confiscated and you would have to face the same music as anyone else!
