I missed a MONSTER buck last year....at 7 yards!

I was kneeling at the base of the tree I was in, wrapping up my strap-on tree-steps (public-land, non-piercing steps), when this doe and buck pulled up behind me. She was about 10 feet away, and this big 140+ 8 point was standing behind her. My bow had fallen over when I first set it down, and it must've landed on the sight-bracket, because I shot about 10"-12" in front of this deer, missing my point-of-aim by almost 2 feet. It took me three days to figure it out because after that shot, I was done hunting. I didn't touch the bow for three days.

I'll kick myself for ever over that shot, but at lest it won't happen again; I bought me a better sight!
