RE: Shooting and Angling Destinations with Detail Company Adventures
Jesse,
We have several destinations to hunt Red Stag, my reccomendations are two fold. It really depends on how you would like to hunt them and what you are willing to spend. We have several outfitters in Argentina, that could put you on a nice Stag (330+) and combine in brocket deer a rare trophy only available in South and Central America.
Could also combine hogs, Puma, Asiatic Water Buffalo, these are all wonderful options. Lodging would be in fine estancias with world class cusine and Argentine wines. One to one guide ratios.SCI has recognized one of thePHsseveral times. hunts take place off of Horseback and trucks as well as on foot.
Secondly, is New Zealand. A little more expensive, but well worth it. Some High Fence and Free Range. One of our Clientsjust shot a huge Red Stag w/ one of our outfitters this summer. It will probably score well over 400 SCI. New Zealand has unbelievable genetics as well as topography. We have outfitters on both theNorth and South Islands. Some other game includes Tahr and Chamios, with Fallow Deer, Russian Boar, sheep and Goats, Sika, Rusa Deer, and somebird hunting. The Tahr and Chamois, can be hunted with the aid of Helicopter; they fly you to thetop of the mountain and you hunt down.
If you would like totalk prices, just give me a call and we can work something out. Look forward to hearing from you.
Paul
